hello looking at a 2000 ram 1500 sport ext cab with 130k in great shape. Never owned a dodge before, can I expect this to be a reliable truck for the next few years? Approx mpg and any mods to improve that? Also can I fit a rf and ff car seat in back seat? Anything else I should know?

Reliability is hard to call, we simply don't know if it was ever taken care of. I will say, old trucks break. It's the nature of them being old. Maintain them and they're pretty reliable usually but things happen. MPG's aren't great. If you get 17highway and 12 city you're doing GOOD. Most run a combined average of about 12. Mods for such things, stay basic. Catback, intake, tune. Mods on these get expensive quick.
Car seats, I can't say for sure. 22 and no kids, haven't had to find out yet lol.
