2002 3.7 V6 swap for 2003/2004 5.7 V8 Hemi. Can it be done Engine and Transmission? Need advice

I have a 2002 dodge ram with a 3.7 V6. The engine is no good so I want to swap to a 5.7 V8 Hemi. Can the 5.7 engine and transmission mount up onto 2002 chassis? What else should be done?

Anything can be done but its cheaper and way less work to just buy another 3rd gen with a hemi hey dont go for alot of $. You would spend way more time and $ to make a hemi fit throw another cheap 3.7 in it and sell it.
