2002 4.7l question

Hey guys so I’m pretty sure I need to replace my valve seat, keeps throwing misfire codes and I replaced 2 spark plugs in cylinder 1 already and both were wet with oil, also smokes little under load and first start up. So I know it’s burning oil, should I replace the heads since it will be taken apart or just fix the valve issue. Thanks in advance.
