2004 front bumper on a 96 1500

I have seen a truck second gen driving around with the newer front bumper on it, I really like the look. What parts will I need from the pick and pull to get it together? Thanks.

It's a fourth gen bumper. They make brackets for like $40 to make it work.

Ebay has the cheapest I believe, but be sure to paint these with spray paint or whatever you like so they dont rust.
