I am wanting to replace the rusted muffler of my truck and from some places I see that it is 3", but others say 2.5". I would rather just replace the muffler since I already have a nice tip on the system. So with that what length do I need and is magnaflow the best option here? The input would be appreciated. I looked at the MBRP cat back system, but I would rather just replace the muffler.

Is it still OEM pipe all the way or did an exhaust shop change the pipe when they changed the muffler? If its OEM its 3" man bent pipe stainless steel.

Its hard to tell due to it being all rusty underneath. It sounds like the stock exhaust due to being very quiet when I accelerate.
