Can swap both are 2005 slt quad cabs the doner truck is all power windows and doors and 2x4 my truck is all manual windows and doors 4x4 is this much of a problem

2005 Ram 1500 4X4 Crew cab with 5.7 Hemi "stuck in neutral". No lights in dash. Fluid was normal level and does not smell bad.
