I recently had my 4.7 liter magnum rebuilt, long block, and also had the injectors rebuilt. Less than 2 months ago. Now i am getting a code P0208 for injector 8, and now followed by an P0308 code for cylinder8 misfire. Could this simply be a loose connection in injector 8 or could it be more serious, such as a computer problem? Spent a fortune on the rebuild so i need great advice and possible answer. Hopefully it's nothing too serious, pls help asap. Thanks

Must be on Tapatalk (can't see the stats), because you literally just quoted a guy with only one post (this one) from six years ago lol

No worries. If you are having a problem with your truck then go ahead and post up your own thread here on the forum.

To start a new thread to ask your questions first go to the forum with the generation that matches your truck.

Under that there are subforums - find the one that best corresponds to your question and click on that.

Then you should see an orange box near the top that has "Post New Thread" in white. Click on that.

Give the new thread a title and then in the body type out your question.

Then look below for "Create Thread" click on that and your question will be posted.

I had a similar issue after re-assembling my top-end job. The OEM injector connectors are are weird design with the retaining clip on the very end. Turns out one of them snapped and the injector was losing connection. I bought one of these and spliced it in, no further issues:
