2008 Ram 1500 Reverse Lights

My reverse lights on both sides are not working. I checked the fuse and looked at the schematic in the Haynes manual, it shows a relay near the transmission for reverse lights. The rear lights are not stock, they are aftermarket leds and were installed by the previous owner. They do connect directly to the stock harnesses though. Anyone had a similar issue?? Or know what it could be? Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to wire in a reverse camera and additional reverse leds.

Have you checked to see if you have power to them?

Like Recoil asks, have you checked with a voltmeter whether you have power at the lights?

Yes and I thought I had found the right one but after I connected to it , I found out it was the brake lights. Stupid I have no idea why I had voltage to the brakes when no one was pressing them but ok.
