2008 Ram 3500 Diesel 6.7L - Dependable?

We're looking at a Ram 3500 tomorrow, 6.7L 4.10 axle. It has 107K on it and no rust. It's being sold through a dealer and I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this truck and what your thoughts are. We need one to pull our 5er.

Weight and length of your 5er? 8 foot bed on the truck? Integrated trailer brake? 107k miles not many miles for these trucks. I should say I don't own my newly built 6.7 yet but my truck is awaiting transportation from Mexico. I"m also Interested in others input.
