2010 Aftermarket radio and EVIC

I am thinking of installing an aftermarket head unit in my 2010 Big Horn. My question is, after installing the new head unit, will I lose my display of the radio source in the EVIC? Or is there a way to adapt the new head unit to the display? Any info would help. Thanks!

I used iDatalink Maestro adapter when I replaced my radio in my '12 and I still see the source in the Evic.
