2011 Hemi MDS Solenoid Help!

I’m trying to replace one of the mds solenoids and everything was going great till I actually got to the solenoid itself. The top popped off the solenoid, which I know is common to happen, so I screwed a screw into the plastic of the remaining piece left in the engine and tried using a claw hammer to pull it out. The plastic broke and came out with the screw, meanwhile the rest of the solenoid is left in the engine. What now It doesn’t seem like it wants to spin when I try to get it to or anything. I attached an angled shot so you guys kinda see what I’m talking about. Any suggestions are very appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Yep, they're a stone cold b*tch to get out. I spent a lot of time with one of these and it took forever but finally got all the pieces out.

I have used torches to melt it so it comes out or drill a screw into the top of it and try to pull its a pain in the....

If it's in pieces use a wet/dry vac to suction it out.

The o ring holds it in its hard to get out.
