I have a 2011 ram 1500 4x4 sport. Unfortunately a drunk driver landed their suv on my hood. Before the accident the suspension was mint no rubbing decent hight with the eibach pro lift 3.5 and RC UCA’s But when I picked up the truck from the shop had tons of rubbing and I was told this was just because they put new fender liners in and I had trimmed the old ones. Well I trimmed these and still have bad rub. Looked further into it and the front end definitely looks to be lower than before. The UCA angles do not look good. My body lines on the front doors don’t have even gaps anymore. When I asked the shop he said that’s what happens with rams you can’t get them perfect. On top of that they scratched my newly painted hood and I was told it was buffing compound. Turns out it’s actually a scratch so I’m not going back to the Dealers collision center.

Could this be alignment, bent frame, or shot eibachs from a car landing on my hood?

The alignment sheet was what the shop gave me idk why there’s no caster measurement.

Tire size: 35 12.5 20r
Most of the suspension components are just a year old.

Doesn't seem right to me. It's rubbing only on the fender liners? Both sides? Are those aftermarket UCAs? It might be just an alignment issue, but it would have to be really far off somewhere. My guess is there's something bent that has been missed.

Looks like your front end is sitting lower. Your upper control arm don’t look (should be sitting higher). Check your shocks and see how much down travel is left or something was jammed down pretty hard to where it’s bent/broke.

The ball joint cap should be sitting flat, not arched up towards the fender it your truck is lifted in the front.
