2012 and up ram 1500 passenger side intermediate shafts

The driver side is readily available from dealers ,Napa,Piston Ring etc.The passenger side stub axle is not available from chrysler or anybody else.Dodge dealer says you have to buy complete front diff at a price over 2500 bucks Canadian.Passenger side always goes as there is no dirt seal or boot from stub shaft to cv axle.My local Piston Ring in Steinbach Manitoba found a driveline shop in the city of Winnipeg that have put together a KIT if you will for the angry consumers told they have to buy a complete axle from Dodge. The kit consists of 2 bearings for inside case,2 outer dust seals to prevent this from ever happening again and of course the stub shaft.Your only other options or atleast for me is finding a wreck 2012-up and getting that front diff if same gears,etc.With this kit there is no hoops to jump through.Figured I would post and let ya all knowIMG_8258.jpg

The splines become tapered and even a new cv shaft will have play on there-dust,dirt and mud get in there and it eats the splines away-this kit has dust seals too

Tried to get my local piston ring to give me direct number of the shop that makes this kit and they would not.You have to phone piston ring direct at 204-326-9777-I paid 900 canadian with taxes so sounds like 600 american-only other option is buying new whole diff or find a used one with potentially same problem anyway-if they wont deal with you I could buy it for you and ship it if it comes to that-would just need a e-transfer for part and the shipping-shipping would be prob 50 bucks

Troy, will this fit a 2014 Dodge Ram Express. This is exacly what happen to mine. I was able to get a new CV to fit one and its running ok for now with no vib issues. I dont think mine was ever assembled correct from the factory. It was alway about an inch off the differential. Until I put the new one on with the snap ring and I place a Teflon oring at the end to keep crap out.

I think I am going to cut the hub that slides over the spline about 3/4 from the end and weld it to the shaft and than weld the hub back togeather

I found the Company out of Canada that does the kit They are Called Kingomatic..However they also have a sister company that makes the kit in the US they are called Transtar I bought that kit Out of NJ it cost me around 620.00

does this kit eliminate the CAD? or is it just the outer part of the intermediate shaft?

Troy, are you able to be a good sport and describe how to go about the intermediate kit uninstall and install process? My new cv is just slipping off the spline shaft on pass side. 2015 ram 1500

Anyone found this shaft? I've looked at both places listed above with no luck. Truck is down right now and I can't find this part anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Anybody install this kit yet that can shed some light on experience with install, results, thoughts?

Looking at it right now can get it for $417 shipped.
