Should I keep using the 5W-20 motor oil.
Or switch to something heavier

Even if you kept MDS i'd switch to 5W-30,lol.

I wouldn't even run 5w20 in my lawnmower. Heck my Yamaha pressure washer gets Red Line 5w30
