2012 driver front wheel vibration

So I just purchased a 2012 Ram 1500 with only 19k miles. I like it a lot but I notice this vibration and light grind noise once I get above 50 mph which lessens in I steer to the right. I just put new tires on it today and the truck rides much smoother than the stock tires. However this annoying grind vibration is still there I am pretty sure it's a wheel bearing anyone else have this issue.
