2012 Ram Remote Start AC issue..

So I have a 2012 Ram 1500 sport with remote start and cooled seats.

This is the knobs for the a/c ... not sure that matters.

Anyway the cooled seats are working fine, however if I leave it on max ac with the fan on high... no AC will turn on when I remote start the car. The fan turns on and blows air... but the AC light doesn't turn on and the ac doesn't kick on.

Any setting I am missing?

I bought the car used, it didn't come with a manual so I just rely on the web ones...
