First of all, first post on the forum here. Finally got some wheels and tires.

20x9 Fuel Octane -12 Offset (4.5" Backspacing)
35x12.5x20 Nitto Trail Grapplers
Bilstein Shocks set at 2.1"

I thought they might rub some, but they don't rub at all. Near the rear of the front tires, I have about a 1/2 inch of space and theres plenty of space in the front. I also used Dynabeads to balance the tires and the ride is great.

Nice man! Have you had any issues with the ball joint popping out of your upper control arm yet?

Did the tires eat a lot of you power? Big mpg drop?

I haven't noticed anything yet since I just got them on. I'll post up some results after driving it for a week or two.

Thanks everyone. I actually used the forum to do all my research to pick out the right setup. One thing I learned was that's there is a lot more to buying wheels and tires than you would think.

Next mod, that is growing fast in popularity... ZONE UCA's to greatly improve the travel of your front suspension, and prevent the ball joint issues before they start.

love the look of negative offset rims !

Quick update

I was getting a pretty bad shake in the truck at 60+ mph, so I took it back to the tire shop. The beads in the tires weren't properly balancing the tires, so they had to take out all of the beads. After that, they balanced the tires with a Road Force balancer and they came out great. Didn't have to pay for anything so that was a plus. Also my mpg is roughly 14/15 highway and 12/13 city so far and the truck didn't seem to lose any performance. I'm running the tires on 47 lbs too.

Welcome to the forum! And love the look of the truck! I have contemplated doing this set up on mine, but kind of want to wait for a lift just because I do a little offroading and worry about clearance issues with the tires being so close to the fender wells.

As for performance, which gears do you have? Are they the 3.55s?
