Left headlight on. Right headlight off. Right marker light on. Left marker light off. Head light switch does not change any lights. Lights will not turn off with switch only when ignition is off. PLEASE HELP.

All lights are controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM), switches merely serve as input for it. Probably issues with cargo/brake/backup lights as well ? Anything plugged into the OBD port ?
The BCM sits somewhere behind the inside fuses, check the connectors and look for signs of water. You can also try to reset everything by disconnecting the battery for a while. Likely needs a new BCM though.

Thank you for the help. Disconnected the battery for 30 seconds. All now works as it should. Thanks again.
