If you recently bought a 2013 ram please provide the model, options, etc with the price you paid prior to taxes to help out other future buyers...

Hey, new guy looking at picking up a '13 Big Horn(edit, sorry, posted Laramie before).

What're my chances of taking this off the lot for $31,520?

Not sure but they had discounts right from Dodge totalling 8000 and then another 2000 in dealer discounts, it came to $10,000 off for me, it was almost the same discounts as they have on the 12's right now, a 12 laramie 1500 was $1500 less than a 13 laramie 1500, so obviously I went with a 13

Yeah, that dealer who has the truck in the pic I attached earlier is offering anywhere from $1800-$3000 in dealer discounts on all his 2013 inventory.

Around here there's anywhere from $0 to $8,000 in rebates on a 2013. 2012 are $8,000-$15,000 off

Wow, I see you got 9k off sticker and another guy got 10k off sticker. I sure hope that when I get my Ram I can get that much off. Any tips on how to do it? Just go in there and say "Yeah, I don't want to pay any more than $43,000for this truck." Is that the way to do it?

Be ready to get up and walk out. Don't act impressed in the truck, just say something like "yeah I think it'll work". Talk positively about the new GM's coming out and the Ford Eco-Boost and such. Intimidation always works! lol

My only concern with the 13s is the air ride. I know it's nice and all but how would one go about lifting the truck? I havent done much research but that's why I havent even considered. Let me know cause they are sweet looking.

When I bought my '10 I was there for 5 hours (negotiating). Bought a minivan that day too........

They came out with some numbers, I showed them where I wanted to be. I said "I've got all day.......so lets figure it out". took 'em longer than I thought........haha

My dealer is doing $500 below invoice and then an additional $2250 in rebates for the 2013. 2012's are a lot cheaper, but the 2013's have a lot better features IMO... SO the Sport I ordered should cost me 39ish with the options I ordered.

Its retarded that in the US you guys pay so much less for the same vehicle, and your dollar isnt even worth as much, makes no sense, hope one day that will change

I just got a number from the dealer on the window sticker I posted. $41520 MSRP and they came with $37600 less $3100 for my '01 F150 SuperCrew 5.4l for a $34500 deal.

I talked ecoboost and '13 discounts I'm hearing about and said I was thinking $31000 without my truck. They weren't interested in talking pricing and kept asking if my research was for '12s or '13s, telling me there are no deeper discounts until '12s are gone so I thanked them for their time and they tried looking up inventory for a '12 I might like. I said I'd be buying a '13 and "I guess that's it". And they didn't try to keep me, so I bugged out. Maybe next week! Lol.
