Does any one have access to a schematic for for the blower motor circuit?
I have installed a new blower motor, new resistor card, new relay, the blower motor just decides to not come on sometimes, a/c works and cools, but no blower, relay activates when removed and reinstalled, but no blower, then suddenly a couple ignition cycles later, it work normally. im wondering if there is a bad connection between the relay and resistor card somewhere?

Do you have automatic or manual temp control?

When the blower motor is turned on but not working, have you checked for power/ground at the blower motor?

I found the schematics last night, when it happens again, ill start eliminating possibilities.

Do you have the 8.4 Ra3/Ra4 radio? (Or the smaller ra1/Ra2 ?)

I think it's the ra4
If you do have an 8.4 radio, it could be the pin 17 blower control signal output from the HVAC module behind the passenger side air vent is bad ...

* 13-18 ram 2500/3500's (& 13 Ram1500) have a fixed displacement compressor
>> 14-17's w/RAx = 68105017Ax HVAC module (ie RA4 Radio)

Some pictures of the location and a simplified diagram for the 8.4 RAx blower wiring from the 8.4 upgrade/conversion thread here that might help.

Would i need to replace the hvac module? or is the terminal repairable?

The middle is about $70 or so from an online parts dealer. I'd try it, the fan resistor or a wiring issue/corroded pin, etc.

An update,

It hasnt acted up since last time, but i havent remote started it either.
Is there any possibility that the dball 2 could be sending incorrect signals when i remote start it?

Well this morning the blower motor has decided not to work after about a month, i have replaced the suggested controller, the blower motor, the blower resistor, the relay. When the blower stopped i checked voltage to the blower plug and it only had 1.8volts. I have 13 volts at the relay and the relay is activating, i plugged in a test switched relay just to be sure, and the same issue no blower operation. Im at a loss.

Another update, I was able to download the radio update from uconnect.
Blower motor has not worked all day so far.
Updated radio software from 17.43 to 18xxx and the blower motor comes on after the radio rebooted. And worked fine the rest of the day.
Im interested in figuring out if failes ota attempts were causing the problem with the blower motor control.

@Mpgrimm2 that style fuse(FMM) has female connections.

The fuse must have had a bad connection, if it was an over-current the fuse should have blown.

Im going to sand the terminals with diamond files then install a new fuse, hopefully the factory crimp is not burnt.
