I have 154k miles on it. Since around the last 100k the transmission has had a shutter during the early gear progression. It’s been diagnosed by the dealer many times with no issues found. I am selling the truck now and test drivers are afraid it’s a minor issue. I have heard from Ram owners that this transmission is adaptive to the driver and nothings really wrong with it. After the brief shutter all is good and runs great. Anyone know about this?

I have a 14 as well , about 90KM (A Canadian thing)
I have not changed the oil, and it still shifts smooth.
If I was still on the farm, I would be changing the oil, as I had lots of ramps and a front end loader, but in town ,its too much of a hassle.
It's not a cheap job and it has to be done right, not a case of pulling a drain plug and refilling.
Would you get your money back ? Maybe , depends ? Does it do it when warmed up?
or all the time? your money , your choice, try selling as is , if buyers shy away from it , then change the pan, filter, oil. There are posts on this ,Wild One posted the factory sheet on it.
back of truck has to be lifted to level the pan, and temps have to be correct when filling.
Pan and filter are one unit, so have to put new pan on.
