Alrighty fellow Ram owners, I've been lurking the forum for quite some time but haven't really posted much before. The name is Fred and I've been a Ram Enthusiast for quite some time now having owned 5 rams till this day with the first one ever being a graphite 2002 1500 qc 4.7l 4x4 with a bad headgasket, fixed her right up as and ended up moving from ct to FL hauling my rhd integra project with me. Needless to say She rocked!! Fast forward to about 5 months ago I sold my red 2012 Ram 1500 qc tradesman to try and get a cc since my 8 year old was constantly complaining about leg space in the back .

So about a month later I scored a white 2014 1500 Big Horn cc, so now I have the leg space for the kids but now I'm stuck with a chrome rich awful after taste lol so I will be set on getting rid of the chrome and at the same time spicing things up a bit in the process. But there is a catch, and that is I'm on a super tight budget and this might take a while so bear with me and stay tuned for this roller coaster of emotions and hang on tight lol

The picture of the red one is how I sold her.

First one of the white one is how I bought her.

I'm looking forward to making some contacts and meet cool peeps along the way!!

First "mod" was the 7" premium cluster, which was followed by some LEDs "bulbs" and a set of oem cab length step bars

The found a limited cluster and replaced the one I had just installed lol

Also got ahold of the wheel to wheel length oem step bars with the bed step and swapped them in.

I really love the grey faces on the limited cluster but was really considering swapping the lens to the one that says ram. Dunno yet...

And the latest "mods" so far are the sport performance hood I managed to trade for the non sport one, and the 2019 classic color matched grill, for the grill I ended up taking apart the chrome one and installing everything onto the white crosshair piece.

Hey there, welcome!! Good question, The difference between them is that the limited one has the grey face on the gauges, numbers are different font and where the regular one would only have E for empty and F for full they have the whole word.

The first picture shows the "regular" and the second one shows the "limited"

I do have a couple of things waiting for install as well as a set of Ion 184 series 20x9 in what I believe to be the 0mm offset along with a couple of things still waiting to get delivered.

Also have some 7 inch premium clusters that I will post for sale once my post count gets to the required amount.

The picture is of said wheels on a 2008 jeep wrangler and it's the vehicle they where last on.

These are waiting for a couple of things to get here so I can put them on and see how i like them on haha

So as for the near future she will be keeping the chrome bumpers until I find the replacements or someone is willing to trade which is highly unlikely but who knows right? Lol

She will be getting de-badged soon as well but the Ram heads in black and front and rear are here and so is the bighorn emblem which I'm still debating on whether to install or not, but does look cool.

A set of black housing halogen headlights are in as well.

Just waiting to get it all installed once I do the wheels.

I'm still debating on the leveling coils to get though, I've never had a lift before so that's new to me. I do know she has about a 2 ¼" rake and I want to level her.

She does have 150k miles so shocks are obviously due for replacement and even though she rides beautifully I know BJs are also due, which is why I'm considering the UCAs RC offers for the 2" lifts as well, along with the rest of the bushings I also want to do...

So I haven't really posted much but I recently got ahold of some auto dim + power folding mirrors and installed them along with the correct modules and set it on alfaobd, I will be disassembling them and vinyl wrapping the chrome part to color match them as best I can.

Also finally found a set of sport color matched bumpers I settled with and installed some of the things I had waiting to be put on.

Also thanks to @Booms for the awesome fender flares, can't wait to get back home to get these installed, mind the mess :D

I see notifications are hot or miss here lol...

Anyways not much to show and not even sure anyone is following but I finally got the wheels on, I did install a set of 434mhz tpm sensors but my truck isn't recognizing them so I'm guessing I probably have the 433mhz ones...

Kinda busy at the moment and want to ha a paint correction, buff and polish along with ceramic coating before installing the flares so that along with debadging will be done once I can free up some time for that... also need to color match the chrome inserts on the side mirrors and do the leveling lol, still lots to do...

Has anyone lined the stainless stepbars? Any tips or suggestions?
