2014 Power Wagon purchase?

I'm looking to downsize from my 2019 3500 Cummins diesel to maybe a 2014 power wagon with a 6.4. Are there any known issues with 2014? I have heard about the lifter issues but not sure if that's a real big deal?

my 2015 pw transmission blew up. transfer case fell out (literally) but i blame that on improper reinstall after the transmission repair. otherwise i love my truck but it has a bit of a drinking problem lol

2016 power wagon here, bought it new and just crested 131k miles yesterday. Never had to do a single thing to it other than change the oil and put a map sensor in it. Original brakes even !

i think the transmission problem is a known issue with these trucks. i think my issue is mostly because of improper reinstall but i have no proof.

Not much specific to a Power Wagon to be worried about. The overall reliability and most issues are the same as any other Ram 2500 truck.

I took it for a ride yesterday. Ran good, shifted fine. 84,000 miles. It would have been over $29k after taxes, document fees etc. I walked away....I'll keep looking.
