2014 radio replacement

I had to replace my radio in my 2014 1500, the screen went black, tried all fuses and button pushing resets. On the eBay replacement unit, the time adjustment numbers in the settings menu do not appear, I even tried the all resets and battery disconnecting again, any help?

I'd hop on the Crutchfield site and source an aftermarket head unit and you'll never have any radio issues moving forward.
