Well i ordered some -12's with ridge grapplers. Hopefully that wasn't a mistake. I was on the fence between the +0 and -12. I have bilsteins set at 2.8 and 3/4" spacer in the rear. I have flares that are about 2 3/8" past the current sidewall. I don't like mine out too far. again, hopefully didn't make a mistake going -12. thanks for the info.

-12offset is standard 4.5" backspace on most 9" wide wheels, you'll like them, perfect stance in my opinion and not too far out from the fenders.
Have fun.

Decided to give my coilovers one turn as they've settled a little more and was running 39 1/4 to the ground from the 39 3/8 i had originally, not that i'm that picky, but mostly because i wanted to see how tough was the job of adjusting them while on the vehicle :), let me tell you is a little ******, doable though, but it's not a breeze.

Main issue is the reservoir hose being in the middle asides from the strut tower clearance.
There is no way to turn the fackers on with the tool provided or any other spanner wrench if i had one.
This is the tool provided by King, kind of like a long punch, can't turn past this point on the driver side because the hose is in the middle, and there are not visible holes where to place the tool.

Here comes Harbor Freight to the rescue :)
They have a punch set i bought for $8 i think, picked the 5/16 punch and made a mark where i thought the piece i needed was going to clear the hose, and used my HF grinder to cut it, 1 min job total

Then wrapped one end in electrical tape and inserted the tip in the hole..

and then just pounded away until any hole is available for the the King provided tool to fit :), passenger side is another mess on it's own, but the combination of the little 5/16 punch with the longer one does the job well.

End result
both sides are now 4 full turns from the factory settings and essentially 9 visible threads on the driver side, 8 on the passenger side.

Nothing new to see,
39 1/2" front
41" rear

I have stock UCAs which I guess is the only thing that has me concerned. But yes 4.5" backspace. Reading the lifted thread it doesn't sound like I should have rubbing issues

You shouldn't at that height, i was at 2-2.25" before, so anything that could help and in my case more caster did the trick.

Good point. I appreciate the help. I'm excited to get these mounted up. The truck will be getting detailed too so the whole thing will be a nice face lift. Alright hopefully last question for you.... what daily tire pressures do you run? 45ish?

Awesome updates. Thanks for showcasing your efforts.

I ordered an Icon Stage 2 shortly after Thanksgiving and am still waiting on them to arrive!!!

I've been concerned about how my truck will look with about 1.5" of rake, which is what you claim to have. I have .25" rake now...and like the look unloaded, but even 100# in the bed starts to make the front wheel well look mighty empty.

You're truck looks great and has set my mind at ease quite a bit. I should be at about 38.5 front and 40 rear after install, on 33" tires. Once these Toyo ATs wear out, I'll belooking at gaining a 1/2" with some 34s....

No problem bro hope you'll get your order soon, i know what it feels to be waiting for this goodies :). should be around 4 weeks or so that's the standard for most of this orders unless the vendor have a set available, You could use your order number from your dealer and Call Icon to inquiere about the whereabouts of the order and see where things are more or less.

Regarding the rake, i wanted some on purpose, i could go higher if i wanted but i prefer some rake in the rear as i have the family on weekends, and if we take the camping gear out, wife like to pack a bunch of stuff for the kids and the dog and i barely have space for the tools now with the damn spare in the middle, its 1.5" at the fender edges, but basically 3/4" front and back, see print screen below.

Contact Icon and ask them what's the current preset, King told me initially they came preset at 2.5", but you saw the pictures on how they came setup, and what i did before installing them. I contacted them once i got them out of the bx and sent them the pictures, one of the engineers called me right away and told me they would "level" the truck the way they came setup.

i'll say the Kings OEM come preset at 1.5" and that's the lower they'll go, if somebody was expecting these to start at 0" for example that could be an issue, fact i think if i wanted to rebuild these myself, i'll need to compress the spring out to take them off the CO, i did try to loose them up by mistake (i wanted to go clock wise to gain height, but because i had the things in the vice inverted, i was going counter clock wise, and the passenger side wouldn't turn one bit. That's the one in the picture that shows no gap at all between the adjuster the body of CO, the driver side had one thread showing, which my guess is to counteract driver lean)

With this particular CO's and stock crew cab Hemi weght, 4" full turns is about .8" lift from what King is setting them up , they said 5 full turns =1" of lift, so that would be .2" per turn. each full turn is about 2 threads showing.

Hope it helps somebody.

Icon said they come set at "about 2 inches" of lift.
More likely you'll need about 4 turns to go up 1/2", with Icon every full turn is about 1/8" (at least in the Tacos), I thought they came preset at 2.5" in the RAM already from that this dude said in his install video

I'd install them, run em and let them settle than see what height you're at vs your rake. The 6112s were supposed to be 2.3 I'm sitting at 39.5" right now. So they are a bit higher than advertised thus far. I'm hoping they settle.

Did a refresh on my front sway bar links, the top bushings looked all cracked i guess from their age, maybe my fault as i think i cranked the top nut all the way the last time i had them off when i was installing the coilovers. in any case i bought the replacements from my local oreallys, Masterpro K80894, kept the stock ones just in case as spare.
