2014 ram 2500. Blower motor works intermittently

My blower motor works intermittently. The motor and resistor are brand new. Pull the 40 amp fuse and plug it back in and it works sometimes. It will turn on and off every few minutes while driving. All connections look good. Any ideas ? Thanks

Im in the same boat with ya.,......... and NO one apparently has a remedy for this issue!

2015 Ram 3500 with the same issue. Ended up being the fuse block was not making a good connection and was melting the fuse block underneath the 40 amp fuse on the bottom side. Hope this helps.
