2014 tow hitch

We just got a new 2014 quad cab..of course it came prewired but no hitch. I just looked underneath and it appeared to have somekind of main bar behind the bumper..am i halfway there? Or do i have to remove this and install an entirely new hitch? I never tow anything but are considering borrowing the inlaws trailer.

That Is very odd I thought all trucks come with the tow package well just look around town they have hondas with tow packages LOL.
Any way you can go to uhaul and buy one there and they will put it on for you. Option 2 you can go to tractor supply company and buy one that fits your truck and put it one option 2 will probably be your best and cheapest way. Tractor supply always have good quality stuff the rule I live by "You get what you pay for"

Not all come with the hitch..some kind of deal with the hitch companies. But like i said theres a cross bar already installed. Didnt know if i could bolt a reciever to this. Or do i remove the stock bar and install a full set up

I believe the class IV receiver is actually welded on to that bar, not bolted. It's too dark now for me to verify that I am correct though. I believe you have to buy it as a whole unit.
