2015 dodge ram 1500

Let me start by saying I haven't done this in 30 yrs. I have a 2015 ram with 5.7. I had the cam lifter issue. I replaced cam and lifters. It starts right up idles great. 55 psi oil pressure on start when warm drops to 32 . When it drops and I try to rev motor at 1500 rpm it sounds like it's going to explode. When cold I can rev no issue. Any thoughts ?

You dyi cam? Number one issue with dyi is pushrods and rod placement. You have no codes? This thread addresses a lot of issues that come up in dyi cam. I wouldnt keep driving it if this is the case.

I'm not driving it, codes are p0175 and p0172 for fuel rich. If I put rods in wrong wouldn't it do it all the time?
