This has only happened maybe 3 times in the last 3 years but after pulling my fifth wheel for around 3-4 hours and then stopping to fuel or sign in at the RV park I restart the engine to pull the RV again and it won’t pull with full power it sounds like the turbo is kicking in and it struggles to get up to speed. Any thoughts
