2016 sport stuck in 4x4 LOCK

2016 ram sport stuck in 4x4 lock , won’t go back to 2wd tried reversing tried the neutral trick . What’s the best way to get it out of 4x4 lock

Have you looked underneath at the transfer case for ice or a stick or something blocking the TC shifter from moving?

Had that happen once, the button was stuck and used a scribe to pop it back out
