2017 8.4 into 2018 2500

I have a totaled 2017 ram 3500 with the 8.4 I would like to put into a tradesman 2018 3500. I have access to everything in the 2017 blower motor etc. what all do I need to swap out? Will the radio even work in the 2018?

@Mpgrimm2 might be able to help. You might need to purchase one of his custom harnesses to get full functionality from the USB hub.

Aside from the usb hub.. what is needed from the donor truck? I know the obvious things such as the bezel. I have already installed the heated cooled seats and got them working from the Push button panel.

Any help/ insight will be greatly appreciated

It will depend on a few things like if the new truck has 4 speed or 7 spd fan and if it has 5" radio with Handsfree calling, satellite radio and BuCam on the radio among others. At a minimum need the ...

17 RAx radio
8.4 bezel (Single Zone or Dual Zone ATC?)
HVAC module behind pass Air vent
Fan motor resistor

Maybe more?
> Mirror/mirror harness?
> Headliner Mics?

Do you have a harness to make the Atc controls work in the truck it currently has manual controls and 4 speed fan. Thanks
