Is it possible it's not lifter related - but a ecm issue? Knock sensor type, where it's throwing the timing off for a bit or something?

so mine is still in driveway says po301 misfire ! done plugs coil to be safe vacuum is great lifters all sound the same turns out missing like 50 times on scanner runs bad so anyone have this ? sounds like lifter went of valve stuck open so what the next thing to so compression or air in plug hole or take valve cover off told have drive train warranty but not sure cuz 10 years old dodge well stand behind it for me ! soon towing in but any help be nice ! told I have but anyone have best way when bring it in so they help me not need a big bill no money clad retired but need truck some mouth soon

Boy Scott lass 18 its a tough call, Switch coil packs between the misfire cyl and next one see if the misfire goes to that cyl if it doesn't switch injectors doing the same method, I've seen injectors get clogged, next do a leak down test that checks your rings and valves, if thats good pull valve cover off and check for rocker movement.
