Like others have said, definitely fight for payment reimbursement. As far as getting a new truck, doubt it. But I wouldn’t leave the dealer without a maxcare! Or something for your bs troubles with that literally BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE truck! Hope it all works out in the end for you. Good luck.
