2018 2500 Cummins rear air suspension

Any idea what this is or where it goes? I’ve not owned the truck long. Ride has gotten really rough. Have Alpha odb and accessories ordered but crawled under it today and seen this…

Does the air suspension work? When you trigger the Alt Trailer Height, does the rear bumper drop a couple of inches? I had an 18 2500 Laramie with the factory air suspension. Never gave me any issues, so I can't say what's up with the pictures you posted. They don't look right though.

Can't tell by the pictures where you are at but are you sure those connectors aren't to deleted emission equipment?

Could be delete…alt trailer light won’t even come on. It never has but I’ve been loading camper and seen the truck level itself before. No blown fuses.
Thats right behind the compress on the other side of the frame.

The connectors in all but the pics with the color coding are deleted emissions equipment.
