2018 2500 Tradesman need audio control buttons

I have been watching forums talking about adding the audio controls to the back of the steering wheel. I would like to do that to mine, i believe i need the left and right buttons, rear bezel and wiring and harness. i would like to verify the kit that I need for my truck. I have uconnect 3.0. Do I need to have a code flashed by a dealer to allow the radio volume and channel selection buttons to work if I were to install the kit? I also saw a reference to a tool that allows for an easier time to remove the airbag, do you sell that also?
