Yes sir---I think we are going to have maybe 5 or 6 canopies set up and we are all going to try to park together. We will also be setting up tables to serve food on. The banner will either go on one of the tables or go on one of the canopies.

So I haven't read through this whole thread, you aren't getting a booth, just an area where you guys will be parked/hanging out is where you will put up the banner?

We will be in the show area where they judge vehicles so we will be “inside” the event not just in the general parking lot, should be a lot of foot traffic, hopefully we can get on the end somewhere but we’ll see.

@Shaggy would it be possible to maybe get 500 Ram Forum business cards to pass out?
Maybe in some of the future events we could do a booth to help get more supporting members. I don’t mind doing whatever it takes to help get the name out and increase membership.
