2018 Nav screen backlight staying on

2018 crew can big horn; when he turns off the ignition and closes his door/cluster lights turn off, his nav screen back light stays lit. Any ideas on what’s wrong/ how to fix it?

May have to disconnect the battery for 10 secs to get it to reset. Had it happen once on mine and hasn't happened since.

Dealer's just got a new TSB (03-113-18) ,yesterday to allow them to download and install v21.9 software update on the UAx Radios
