I specifically asked them not to install the screws and did it myself last night. Overall Discount Tire was great. They threw in a used 35 inch KO2 spare for free. They also nicked my wheels a little bit during install so they refunded me the price of one of the Toyos.

I was able to get my TPMS reset today. Set the thresholds to 30 PSI. I have the pressures set to 55 front 50 rear for now and will keep an eye on how they wear. I’m still waiting on my procal to show up.

Out of all the pics of these trucks with the various tires and wheels, I have to say the AEV look the best to me.
Originally I really wanted the Katlas because I liked the classic look, but I'm super happy I went with the Saltas. They are way more unique in my opinion.

I was in the same boat. Ultimately it was pics from this thread that made me pull the trigger on the Saltas. Must say I’m glad I did!

Yeah, only thing I did was add the trim piece. I know some ppl in here aren't a fan of it cause it's a pain if you need to change a flat, but I have a small hand held screw driver that's only got one slow speed with interchangeable bits so there's no chance I will strip the threads.

A few questions on the AEV Salta wheels:
1. Does the trim cover come with the wheels? Or do you purchase them separately?
2. They offer the SATLA in Matte Black or Onyx...is the difference only that the Onyx is glossy?
Getting close to ordering a set for my 2018 PW! You guys are killing me with these great pics! I'm thinking the same 35"s that the OP is using so I don't need to add any more lift.....yet...I could definitely see 37's in the future!

Trim piece needs to be ordered separately. Onyx is slightly glossy

The onyx is a dark gray with some pearl, or very fine flake, in it. It’s really pretty cool looking.885fb3ccbebad5ae6084f4adc396e338.jpge9f91cac253c45d293047ee158747c5e.jpg

So...the Onyx might compliment the Bright Black Power Wagon......I need to find a dealer locally that stocks these! Would love to see them. So, the trim piece needs to be painted to match the wheels?

If you want the trim piece to match, yes you’d need to paint. It doesn’t match either of the colors the Salta comes in. I don’t currently plan to get them. I think it looks fine with the plastic screws.

I found a guy locally with the tool and bypass harness. There’s a TPMS thread on CF that lists some guys who have them. Will adjust my speedo tonight with the procal.

You can also set it with the ProCal and take it to a dealer and have them follow the instructions in the ProCal manual. I made a copy and highlighted the relevant portion to help. They charged me one hour labor.

Same here — wanted the Kaltas but ended up with these. Also glad it worked out that way.

Toyo MT 35x12.5 measured out exactly 34" in front. Speedometer is now accurate to within about 1/2 MPH, verified by GPS app on my phone.

Kinda surprised my “35 inch” Toyos measured out at 33.75... Thinking I must be measuring wrong I set the procal to 34 inch as you did. Sure enough my speedo was off the other way ~2 mph... Set it to 33.75 and my speedo is now reading correctly. Not that I really care (they look and perform great) but it’s silly that a tire is more than an inch smaller than the advertised size.

Since the Toyo Open Country M/T 35 12.50R17 tire size is a tad undersized from a true 35" tire when unmounted, it would be nice to have a 315 75R17 size tire option available for our Power Wagon. It should measure out to be approximately 35.6" and would be a bit closer to a true 35" tire when mounted than their 35 12.50R17.

There are a large choice of tire options available for a 315 75R16 (16 inch diameter wheel) size currently being manufactured by a multitude of different manufacturers. It is equivalent to the heights of most 315 70R17 and 35 12.50R17 sizes. Why then isn't a 315 75R17 size available?
