Not sure where to put this... I have a 2018 Ram 2500 w/Cummins and 68RFE. On Saturday, out of the blue, while slowing down when it shifts down to 4th there's a distinct clunk and the truck lurches. It never did this before and everything else seems fine with the transmission, it's just that one downshift into 4th. 23,000 miles on the odometer. The most I tow is a 6000 lb trailer. The truck isn't abused. Has anyone experienced a similar symptom? Not having a lot of trust in dealership techs, I was hoping someone could provide a little insight before I take it in for warranty work.
