I have had two anti-lock brake modules replaced under warranty. 2020 and 2022. I was told during the first repair, that this problem was indicative of 2017 model trucks and was supposed to have been corrected on the 18's and up. My truck was built in October, 2018 but was sold as a 2018 and not a 2019 model. September is usually the new model year launch month.

Has anyone tried pulling the fuse(s) to stop the constant audio alert in the cab? According to my owners manual, 40amp F06 is the antilock brakes/electronic stability control pump. I also see 30amp F26 antilock brakes/stability control module/valves. What happens if these fuses get pulled until the parts are available to fix it?

What happens if the system fails while you are driving it?

You will not have ABS, ESC, Traction Control, and the BRAKE light will remain on. It'll stop the constant dinging and flashing, just will always have the fault. It won't damage anything as long as you don't crash.
