Why did you switch to the compass hub? I have a 19 classic with the standard hub the same shape as this one, do you know if it's plug and play with my harness without needing an adapter?

@dwhutch - I cannot say with 100 percent authority why he switched but he has a 2014 per his profile and probably upgraded to a UAG or UAS radio and didn't want to tear apart the center arm to replace it and the storage container to support the Apple/Android Car play for his new stereo. Just easier to use the compass USB port that mostly fits int he current slot in the 2014 to gaint he USb functionality needed for Car Play and Android Auto support

What the fellas above said. I chopped up an inner panel with the Ram media hub, and wound up with a spare, so I went with the compass one.
