Hello everyone! I joined this forum for everyone's experiences. Today on Christmas Eve a guy was replacing a touch screen radio in my 2018 Ram 1500. He did not disconnect the battery and the truck at some point Locked up with key in the ignition on ACC. Nothing works but the cluster say keys in ignition. I went out and bought a new battery and that did not work. I tried calling dealerships but its late C. EVE. I'm stuck at home while the guy went home to his family. I tried to look up and see if it was anti theft but I tried everything and nothing seems to work.
