2019 2500 Diesel Stopped Running

Drove my 2019 Ram2500 Diesel home and stopped to open the entry gate to our development. Put my foot on brake and activate the fob... Trucks dies right there and will not even crank.. 6000 miles and had to have it towed to dealer who is struggling to find the root cause... Has anyone experienced this with their truck?

First time I have heard of that happening. Not a common problem for sure, hopefully they figure it out and get you back on the road soon.

I’m going to guess there’s an electrical short somewhere.

The truck won't even crank and only has 6000 miles on it so not going to be filters. More likely something electrical.

Sounds like a theft deterrent problem to me but I had a Tahoe do the same thing and it was the ecm.
