2019 2500 tire systems error

got a 2019 ram 2500 that had the passenger front tire sensor go bad supposedly. So I took it into the local tire shop to replace the sensor and rotate the tires . So they replace the sensor and rotate the tires and the passenger front sensor still don't work. So I don't think the sensor is bad its something else in the system that is causing that one not to read? The tire shop said they dont know what's up and told me to take it to the dealer .

Any thoughts on what it could be ? Before I take it to the dealer
