fantastic work GB55!! I found a 5th gen GT console complete (with wireless charging/media hub usb ports etc) yesterday. I want to swap it into my 2015 Longhorn. subbed your thread. I won't have the console in my hands for a couple of weeks but wanted to get my ducks in a row. Is there anything else other than the console itself that I should ask if available from the seller, harnesses, connectors etc.. anything you would recommend that would be useful to have on hand for this swap from the 5th gen?
ultimately, I want the USB media ports and wireless charging pad to work and eventually switch from the dash dial to the GT shifter. it's fine if manual doesn't work out of the gate as I can still use the steering wheel buttons for now. I always run around town in 5th/6th so I never leave it in eco mode until I go on the highway, so that isn't too much of a pain.
