Newbie here, I’m the victim of the dreaded service throttle control system and exhaust system 100% full, 18,000 miles and dealer has had it for 2 weeks, Star is also involved. Today I got this photo of the intake manifold, has anyone seen this before? Could this be the issue?

Wow, is this a 4th gen classic motor or the new EcoDiesel engine in the 5th gen? Definitely could be the problem. How do you drive it? Short distances? Towing? Highway? I have an '18 and haven't had a CEL (knock on wood) since new. Good luck and let us know what you find out.

2019 classic ecodiesel, they still have it, changed intake manifold same codes and engine light, today they are replacing charge air cooler pipe... I get the feeling they are just replacing parts till one fixes it. Put 600 miles a week on it, about 50 highway miles a day and about 50 city a day. It’s used as a work truck, pool business
