Hi all - I know there's a price thread already going but that seems to be focused on buying - I'm curious what lease agreements folks are getting. I'm currently leasing a Charger that's up in 2 months and plan to get a RAM next. I'm about 20,000 miles under my agreement and think most of those miles would be applied on the next lease.

Specifically I'm looking at a Laramie crew 4x4 with the sport appearance package. I haven't seen any on the lots within 200 miles of my location. Hoping they start showing up soon.

I checked on a lease here in michigan on a big horn, CC, hemi, 4x4. 15k miles and 3 years $399 a month. That was a couple weeks at the end of the month. I'm letting it simmer hoping to get a little more off the OTD price while not really needing a new truck. Lol

Am I asking for too much on this lease? Any dealers want to take my offer OAC?!

I'm basing my figure off a dealer's advertised price (Link)

MSRP: 52870
Sale Price: 42495
Current Rebates that I qualify for: 6500
Final Sale price is: 36495

Residual on 36/10k is about 53%
and current MF at buy rate is .00009

I'm actually offering to lease at a higher money factor (.0004) to close the deal but dealer is giving me the cold shoulder and that's telling me I'm not even warm on the deal to them.

The above should come out to 290/month with tax. but they are at 520 (basically charging 5% interest while the buy rate is less than a half %).

The dealers advertised price probably includes the rebates you qualify for already so that is a large chunk right there. Quick math says you're looking for 30% off MSRP and that's going to be difficult to achieve.

A quick fact. At my dealer in Texas for the month of August, the lowest monthly payment for a RAM Lease was $442 for the cheapest model and $591 for the most expensive.

I'm thinking that @troutspinner is correct that the price they are giving you may already have the rebates subtracted from the price.

Have you asked the dealer what, if any, vehicles they have that would fit your lease payment?

Sale price reflects 20% off retail. Which is the average with all rebates nationwide.
