2019 Ram 1500 speaker problems

I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 with the 8.4 audio system.Sound systems sounded like it needed a upgrade,( basic) .so I bought 6 new speakers.First I put in Kicker 6X9 in the front door panels,they did a nice sound upgrade with no problems.Next I installed 2 x Infinity 6 X 9 in the rear door panels,and they sound great in aCC mode,but turn on the motor and you get a load hum at about 1500-2000 rpm.Well I could not get Harmon on the phone to help,so I removed them,sent them back ,and put in Rockford Fosgates ,and the same nonsense.A pro-audio shop said ite the ANC microphones in the headliner.Don't know what to do at this point,and suggestions?>

What type of sound is a "load hum"?

What was the OHM load of the
Infinity 6x9's? Was it the same OHM load as the stock speakers?

Do you hear the sound only between 1500-2000RPM?

Do you hear the noise at any other RPM?

Does the noise sound like alternator whine?

Im guessing what you are hearing is RF interference. My suggestion would be to install an RF noise suppressor to see if it will eliminate any unwanted noise.
