June 2021: Started my annual summer trip from Phoenix to Denver pulling my 35 foot 5th wheel to Denver,
Truck running like a charm...then upon arrival in Denver, truck running rough, wont idle, no power in low end of throttle.
then it started to go into Regen every 150 miles, about 10 to 15 times during the next 2000 miles.
Aug 2021: Then the dreaded message: SERVICE DEF SYSTEM SEE DEALER,
Dealer in Denver did a quick scan and noted that truck needed (2019 DJD2 insufficient Engine Warmup Protection update)
Update performed, that's all they did.
I immediately hooked up the 5th wheel and headed for Phoenix, truck went into Regen in the first 5 miles, then all normal,
no further Regens on the way home 900 miles, truck idles normal power restored. 12 MPG pulling 5th wheel back.
after 1500 miles the truck went back into Regen all seems normal now.

Hope this will help someone with the same problem I had.
Rick

My 2019 2500 just had that screen pop up, DPF full see dealer. If it is full will it no longer trigger an auto regen? I don't want to keep driving it until I see the dealer if not.. If so then could I just go for a long highway drive and have it start the regen?
