2019 Rebel front grill/bumper

Hey all, I have a 2019 Rebel. Was rear-ended a few weeks ago and need to replace bumper. Looking at after market steel bumpers, issue is I would have to change the front to match and all the front ones are ridiculously expensive. Anyone know if I can buy a bumper for a non-rebel and have it bolt up properly? I know I would need a different grill, which is fine, but is that the only differences in the front end?
